When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company (optional), the type of engagement you're asking about, and your message. This is stored in our own database on our servers, and a notification is emailed to hello@cowscanfly.com so we can respond.

Alongside your message we automatically record your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the page that referred you. We use these only to detect and block automated spam submissions, and they are never used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone.

We do not use cookies or collect analytics data by default. If you accept the cookie notice shown on this site, we load Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no such data is collected.

Contact-form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. Analytics data, when consented to, is used in aggregate to understand site usage and improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

The only third party that may receive data from this site is Google (Google Analytics), and only after you accept the cookie notice. Contact-form submissions are stored on our own infrastructure; the only third party involved is the email provider that delivers our notification of them.

Contact-form submissions are retained in our database, and in the notification email, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communication. You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below, and we will remove both copies.

You can ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@cowscanfly.com. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the cookie notice again on your next visit.
